Pre-Opening Training

Once your location is built and you are within 30 days of Grand Opening, you are required to travel to our Corporate locations in Newburgh, NY for 2 weeks of classroom and in-store training. This training will consist of learning how to run a Planet Wings location, from front counter to kitchen to delivery, as well as learning how to keep proper accounting, scheduling, payroll, P&L’s, etc. We recommend that you attend with any cooks or managers that you plan to have on staff. The 2 weeks of Training must be completed in order to open your location.
